Lead design initiatives across features and journeys.Anticipate challenges and propose solutions.Coach and mentor designers at multiple levels.Drive evolution of design systems and patterns.Facilitate usability testing and discovery work.Other duties as required. Skills And Qualifications
Required:6–9 years of design experience.Mastery of Figma, design tokens, and documentation.Expertise in usability, accessibility, and design systems.Preferred:Experience leading cross-team design projects.Familiarity with business strategy alignment. Personal Attributes
