We're Hiring: AI Multimedia Artist (Hybrid – Lisbon)

Watermelon is expanding and launching Aetheria Studios, and we're looking for a multidisciplinary artist who blends creativity, technology, and storytelling. If you love experimenting with generative AI and crafting cinematic visuals, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
· - Create AI‐generated concept art, characters, environments, and motion studies
· - Support look development for animation and multimedia projects
· - Combine AI tools with Photoshop/After Effects/Blender for polished visuals
· - Contribute to pitch bibles, teasers, and visual decks
· - Help shape new AI‐assisted workflows inside the studio
What You Bring
· - Strong artistic eye: composition, color, lighting, storytelling
· - Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, SD, Runway, Pika, etc.)
· - Skills in Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, or similar
· - Fast iteration, curiosity, and a passion for innovation
· - A portfolio showcasing both artistic and AI‐assisted work
Nice to Have
· - Animation or motion design experience
· - Interest in family, kids, or cinematic storytelling
· - Understanding of style consistency and visual branding
