We're seeking a talented Designer to join our team in a maternity leave period support role. This position will ensure continuity of key marketing and web design tasks, maintain brand quality, and drive ongoing campaigns and website-related initiatives forward.
The successful candidate will work closely with existing designers and collaborate with freelance developers to deliver high-quality visual content across various channels. They'll be responsible for creating engaging marketing visuals, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines, and producing assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design expertise, proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and basic video editing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events)
* Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
* Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
* Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Mid-Level Designer in SaaS environment
* Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva; basic video editing required
* Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus)
* Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage
