Employment: 30-70%
Salary: CHF 50,000-75,000 (based on 100% employment)

✨ Your Responsibilities:
Teach classes on our proprietary Megaformers, an evolution of the classical Pilates Reformer
Recruit & onboard new coaches
Lead and develop the trainer team
Ensure training quality & uphold standards
Oversee quality management in class delivery
💪 What You Bring:
Passion for fitness, Pilates & Lagree
You love leading — with heart, structure, and clarity
You speak German or English
Reformer Pilates or Lagree teaching experience
