Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
* 2+ years of professional experience in monitoring roles
* Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Elastic Search or others
* Experience working with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
* Proficiency with operating systems including Windows and Linux
* Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Containers
* Experience in application performance monitoring and incident management
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Good command of English (spoken and written)
