Job Responsibilities
1. Timely supply of the enterprise with materials of the appropriate branch.
2. Placing orders for materials of the branches run at appropriate times.
3. Describing invoices and controlling documentation flow.
4. Coordinating product receipts from suppliers.
5. Operation of the SAP system in the field of receiving deliveries.
6. Coordinating the process of shipping products to external companies for processing.
7. Preparing data for reports, reports and audits required by the workplace and external institutions.
8. Reliable and timely issuance of warehouse and shipping documentation and control over the flow of this documentation.
9. Controlling the process of shipping products to customers.
10. Preparing quotes for transport companies.
11. Close cooperation with transport companies and customs agencies.
Job Requirements
1. Good communication skills particularly in relation to interfacing with other departments / Logistics companies and where appropriate, customers.
2. Fluent level of English.
