Job Description
* Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the market presence of Xiaomi Technology.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, including wholesalers and retailers, to understand their needs and requirements.
* Analyze customer feedback and sales data to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and headquarters, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for smartphones and ecosystem products.
* Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics, providing valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and implement promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
* Continuously propose solutions that meet customer targets, expanding relationships with existing customers.
* Assist in the development of overall go-to-market strategies, including price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy.
* Monitor and analyze sell-through/sell-out data of wholesalers/retailers to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* Fluent English and native Portuguese skills.
* Marketing-related major or bachelor's degree or above.
* 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in the smartphone domain or high-tech hardware industry.
* Extensive connections in consumer electronics and smartphone industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Passionate and strong teamwork sense.
