Noesis is seeking a Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems and is excited about new challenges. The ideal candidate should keep up with emerging technologies and support transformation programs. This role requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective time management, and excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
Requirements
1. Experience supporting Digital Channels and Marketplace applications, especially in micro-sites and distributed architecture via APIs/Micro-Services.
2. Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
3. Basic SQL knowledge.
4. Experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace) is preferred.
5. Experience consulting logs in Kibana from a user perspective is preferred.
6. Python programming experience is a plus.
7. Availability to provide out-of-hours support.
Work regime
Hybrid (twice a week in the office).
