About The Role
As a System Administrator, you will join our growing IT team at Preh Group (Trofa), ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, maintaining critical systems, supporting hybrid cloud platforms, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT operations. Your work will directly support the technologies that drive our automotive innovation.
The Challenges In Front Of You
* Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
* Manage Active Directory, GPOs, and hybrid identity services (AD + Entra ID).
* Operate VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
* Support and administer Azure services and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
* Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
* Apply security best practices and contribute to compliance initiatives (ISO 27001 / TISAX).
* Automate routine tasks and workflows using PowerShell (plus basic Bash/Python).
* Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and provide 2nd/3rd line support.
* Document infrastructure, configurations, and internal procedures.
* Perform basic SQL Server administration, backups, and access management.
What You Bring To The Table
You're more than your resume - you're passionate for excellence, proactive, and growth-minded. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* 3 years of experience in system and infrastructure administration (Windows/Linux, virtualization, networking).
* Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence managing AD, GPOs, and cloud services.
* Knowledge of automation using PowerShell; basic Bash/Python is a plus.
* Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and backup systems.
* Understanding of security practices and compliance-oriented environments.
* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams.
* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, VMware, ITIL) are a plus but not mandatory.
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
