Mid-level Backend Developer(m/f) | LisbonOur Tech Development Team is a fully autonomous engineering unit responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high‐quality backend services within a modern microservices ecosystem. The team operates under a full Dev Ops mindset, ensuring that developers own the complete lifecycle of the software — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Working in an Agile environment, the team collaborates closely to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services using. NET, C#, EF Core, and SQL Server.Design and evolvemicroservicesthat are scalable, secure, and resilient.Own the full Dev Ops lifecycle:build, test, deploy, monitor, and supportservices.Collaborate with anAgile/Scrumteam, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure high standards ofcode quality, testing, and documentation.What are we looking for:2–3 years of experiencein backend development with.
