- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
- Respond promptlyto customer inquiries;
- Communicate withcustomers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
- Know the product/service well;
- Process customerrequests and complains;
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
- Increase customerloyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English;
- Have call centerexperience;
- Are living in orwilling to relocate to Porto;
- Have flexibitityin terms of shifts;
- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
- Have strong computer navigation skills;
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
