Job Title: Enterprise IT Solutions Specialist

You will be responsible for fostering robust client relationships, driving end-to-end client engagement, and overseeing commercial aspects of customer-centric models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Management: Oversee commercial aspects of customer-centric models, including creating and reviewing balance sheets and funds, and aligning them with Client Delivery Managers and customers.
* Reporting and Forecasting: Provide reports and input for forecasting and planning, validating data in systems like CDL and DED.
* Data Management: Validate planned data against actual data, manage changes, and support the planning of builds, decommissioning, and overall infrastructure changes.
* Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and global teams to manage delivery effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Controlling.
* Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to enterprise cloud services.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with customers and within the delivery team.
* Adaptability: Capacity to manage changes and drive planning for infrastructure changes internally and with customers.
* Technical Skills: MS Excel, SAP Tools (DED, PQA, SPC, CLD), Commit-to-Consume Process, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Remote Work, Client Relationships.
