About This Role
We're seeking an exceptional Senior MLOps Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models. As a member of our elite engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable pipelines that drive business growth and innovation.
* Pipeline Development: Take ownership of evolving existing pipelines into best-in-class solutions, ensuring seamless integration with data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and real-time serving.
* CI/CD/CT Pipeline Management: Design and manage automated CI/CD/CT pipelines specifically tailored for ML models, integrating with existing patterns and workflows.
* Ecosystem Standardization: Leverage the Google Cloud ecosystem to create standardized and efficient paths to production, streamlining the model deployment process.
* Observability Framework: Design and own a comprehensive observability framework for ML models in production, providing unparalleled insights into system performance and behavior.
* Collaboration and Tooling: Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to understand their needs, developing tools and abstractions that accelerate their workflow and enable them to focus on high-impact tasks.
* Serving Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize ML serving infrastructure for low-latency, real-time personalization requirements, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
