P We are seeking an Motion Designer.
You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman#39;s new hub in Lisbon.
p This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
/pp We#39;re looking for a Motion Designer who thinks like a designer first, and animates second.
Someone who understands timing, restraint, typography, rhythm and now knows how to use AI intelligently without letting it dilute craft.
It#39;s about timing.

/pp We will count on you to: /pulli Turn Strong Design into Intelligent Motion /lili Translate concept and layout into crafted, purposeful animation /lili Protect hierarchy, typography, and brand systems when things start moving /lili Make deliberate choices about rhythm, pacing, and flow /lili Design motion systems not one-off transitions /lili Shape Narrative /lili Bring clarity to complex ideas through sequencing and structure /lili Develop storyboards and motion approaches from scratch /lili Help define how a story unfolds frame by frame /lili Elevate campaign work across social, film, digital, and presentations /lili Raise the Creative Bar /lili Deliver work that feels intentional, refined, and production-ready /lili Push quality without losing discipline /lili Balance creative ambition with real-world constraints /lili Sweat the details — spacing, easing, audio sync, transitions /lili Collaborate Like a Pro /lili Work closely with Art Directors, Video Directors and other Creatives /lili Contribute ideas, not just execution /lili Defend your creative decisions with clarity /lili Give and receive feedback without ego /li /ulp What makes you stand out?
