As the first line of control for exotic trades, you'll work closely with global teams to ensure accurate execution and risk management. Your Responsibilities:To minimize operational risks and fraud risks by putting in place the regular and sufficient controls inherent to its position (reporting to relevant teams when needed)To escalate to his management, the management of the Front Office, and/or permanently control the problems identifiedTo maintain as low a risk level as possible (financial, reputational, regulatory, legal)To make sure production flows seamlesslyTo identify risk areas within the EXO ISE Trade Support processes and implement new controls where relevantTo regularly challenge the control frameworkTo report operational risks to the Risk teams and Trade Support ManagementTo make sure the team applies compliance requirements and guidelinesTo ensure procedures and SOPs are up to date and applied by all teamsTo set up and keep up to date Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in conjunction with the Metier and the Processing CentersTo close audit recommendations within deadlines (if any)What We’re Looking For:Experience in Middle Office Operations (entry level).Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros).Fluent English (mandatory).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high trade volumes.Should know about Financial markets, OTC Derivatives, and Swap lifecycleWant to join a dynamic team and grow your career in loan trading operations?
