FUNÇÃO :
o Controlador de Inventário
OBJETIVO :
o Garantir registos de stock precisos e atualizados em sistema, e que os registos de material correspondem exatamente ao que está fisicamente disponível.
o Manter a precisão de stock que é crucial para evitar problemas de falta, ou excesso, de material, melhorando a eficiência operacional e financeira da empresa.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
1. Verificação e Auditoria:
Realizar auditorias e contagens físicas de material de acordo com plano definido, .
Identificar desvios entre quantidades físicas de material e quantidades registadas em sistema - SAP
Identificar não conformidades no processo de gestão de material desde a receção à expedição.
Vigiar constantemente o inventário em armazéns e produção
2. Análise de Dados / Processo de Gestão de Material:
Analisar discrepâncias de inventário e identificar as causas-raiz
Identificar erros de entrada de dados, movimentações não registradas e perdas.
Identificar erros relacionados com o processo (a nível de fluxo de material ou fluxo de informação)
.
3. Melhoria de Processos:
Acompanhar e suportar o desenvolvimento, implementação ou melhoria de processos, definidos para aumentar a precisão do inventário
4. Relatórios:
Gerar relatórios sobre a precisão do inventário e apresentar esses dados à gerência para tomada de decisões informadas
REQUISITOS:
1. Experiência: Experiência prévia em controle de estoque e gestão de inventário, com foco na precisão dos registros
2. Habilidades Analíticas: Capacidade de analisar dados de estoque, identificar tendências e discrepâncias, e propor soluções para garantir a precisão
3. Conhecimento em Sistemas ERP: Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de estoque, preferencialmente SAP.
4. Excel: Domínio de Excel para análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios
5. Utilização de Meios de Carga: Licença de condução de empilhador
6. Organização e Atenção aos Detalhes: Proatividade e atenção aos detalhes para garantir a acuracidade dos registros
7. Comunicação: Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe
8. Auditorias e Conformidade: Experiência em realizar auditorias, garantindo conformidade com políticas e procedimentos internos.
