THE ROLE
We're looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our IAM team within the Information Security Department. Your role will involve designing, developing, and supporting IAM operations at Farfetch, working with partners, systems engineering, developers, HR, application owners, and auditors to create functional, scalable, and secure IAM solutions in a diverse technological environment.
What You'll Do
1. Develop, test, implement, and maintain new application connectors.
2. Create, maintain, and improve rules and workflows.
3. Support and maintain the IAM environment by handling tickets and incidents.
4. Build and customize user interfaces, certification campaigns, forms, and reports.
5. Lead complex problem investigations and develop solutions to prevent recurrence through process, procedural, or technological improvements.
6. Document design and configuration management of developed features and customizations.
7. Support audit and risk assessments by providing evidence manually or through automation.
Who You Are
1. A graduate in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role or IAM team.
3. Experience with IAM tools such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, Okta, etc.
4. Well-founded experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Certification processes.
5. Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Java.
6. At least 2 years of experience with Source Code management using Git.
7. Experience with Web Services APIs REST and SOAP (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP).
8. Understanding of identity & authentication standards/protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2.
9. Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
10. Team player with good collaboration skills.
11. Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
12. Knowledge of authentication and access platforms like SSO, MFA, Azure AD, GCP Identity Management, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and PAM/PIM solutions is advantageous.
13. Advanced English skills.
