The role – IT Support & Service Desk Technician
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Support & Service Desk Technician to join our IT Support team. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, ensuring requests and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and user orientation
* Deploy and maintain hardware (laptops, smartphones) and perform operating system and Office upgrades
* Coordinate hardware maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and inventory integrity
* Collaborate with vendors and local stakeholders for deliveries and on-site interventions
* Participate in IT projects and support second-level or infrastructure tasks when required.
Your profile
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
* Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365 environments
* Experience with SCCM for software deployment and updates
* Strong knowledge of laptop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
* Ability to manage laptop and smartphone deployments
* Skilled in software installation and configuration
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and inventory management tools
* Understanding of iOS and macOS operating systems
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
