Key Account Manager B2C Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage key accounts in a B2C setting.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and proposal development
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement new sales approaches and products
* Analyze market competitors and use insights to inform sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
* Support customers with day-to-day problem-solving and provide exceptional customer service
* Coordinate internally with various departments to resolve potential issues and improve overall customer experience
* Achieve maximum financial results through effective sales management
* Engage with sales partners on a daily basis, including regular visits to their offices
* Promote regular audits to ensure high sales quality standards
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales positions in energy or utilities
* Experience managing commercial teams and developing sales channels
* Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of CRM systems
