Customer Services Support - Dutch Speaker (m/f/d)

Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line offers a variety of transactional and digital services, including lead generation, payment collection, quotation, offer and contract management, order management & logistics, and cash collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email regarding maintenance interventions.

2. Developing, updating, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

3. Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.

4. Allocating resources efficiently, ensuring equipment and materials are available.

5. Documenting maintenance activities and preparing reports.

6. Collaborating with stakeholders and promoting proactive maintenance strategies.

7. Reviewing work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.

8. Analyzing maintenance data and generating reports to monitor KPIs.

9. Staying updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to recommend improvements.

10. Providing technical support to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.

We are looking for someone with:

1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar, and/or relevant work experience.

2. Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies.

4. Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

5. Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing).

6. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is essential.

7. Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.

8. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
