Job Description: Digital Solutions Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a
Digital Solutions Project Manager
to lead and manage digital innovation projects, working closely with global business areas to identify and develop solutions that address specific challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, expertise in digital tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with global business areas to identify and develop digital solutions for specific challenges.
Manage the full lifecycle of
QuickWins projects, including partner selection, scheduling, delivery tracking, and final validation.
Use
Power BI
and
Jira
to monitor the annual pipeline of the Digital QuickWins program.
Ensure project objectives are met, maintaining quality standards and regular communication with stakeholders.
Support the creation of detailed proposals and briefs for project implementation.
Conduct financial tracking, reporting, and executive presentations (dashboards, progress updates).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Management, Business, or a related field .
Minimum
3 years of project management experience, with expertise in planning and monitoring (cost, quality, time, scope).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including in international settings.
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
and
design thinking methodologies .
Experience in
reporting, financial tracking, and executive presentations
(dashboards, slides).
Fluency in
Portuguese and English
(mandatory);
Spanish is a plus .
Background in
technology, digital productivity tools, or innovation projects
is preferred.
Previous exposure to the
energy sector or multinational corporate environments
is a plus.
Ideal Profile
Strong ability to engage with business areas and senior stakeholders.
Agile and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven with a focus on
