We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer in a GDP environment, with experience in reviewing GDP documentation, performing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting CAPA activities within regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences distribution environments.

This role as a Quality Assurance (QA) officer in a GDP environment requires a strong understanding of quality systems, distribution and warehouse operations, and the ability to work cross-functionally to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and quality risks in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), applicable regulatory requirements, and Quality Risk Management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform GDP audits of warehouses and distribution facilities to assess compliance with Good Distribution Practices requirements;
Review and assess GDP-related documentation, including SOPs, records, and quality systems;
Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and gaps against applicable GDP standards and regulations
Support the development and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.G. GDP guidelines, internal QA procedures)
Act as a quality interface with internal teams and external partners during audits and inspections
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related fiel
Strong understanding of quality systems, distribution processes, and warehouse operations in regulated environments
Proven experience in reviewing GDP documentation, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
Ability to work cross-functionally with Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Validation, and external service provider
Experience in quality risk management, deviation handling, and CAPA development and follow-up
