With a growing presence in Portugal, they are looking to reinforce their Off Trade team with a strategic Key Account Manager to drive customer engagement and business growth.DescriptionContributing to the Off Trade strategy by generating customer insights and translating them into actionable plansDeveloping and implementing annual Customer Business Plans tailored to specific customer needsLeading customer negotiations and annual agreements, focusing on long-term value creationDesigning and recommending promotional and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and ROI targetsActing as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across internal teams (Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain)Driving innovation agendas within accounts to grow category performanceLeveraging sales data to create value-added business solutions and activationsParticipating in strategic planning processes including budgeting and forecastingProfile5-8 years of experience in Off Trade, including at least 3 years in account management roles (mandatory)Strong commercial and business acumenAdvanced negotiation and influencing skillsStrategic mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesCollaborative approach and problem-solving attitudeProven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)Job OfferPermanent contract with opportunities for career development.Comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses (subject to confirmation).
