Mission
As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the development of digital products from concept to success for the B2B Home and Auto Partners Platforms, managing the full lifecycle of digital assets from vision, conception, launch and continuous improvement of performance. You will define and lead a vision for all products under your scope, designing and running the product roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and client needs. Orchestrate collaboration among stakeholders with varying levels of e-literacy, including Commercial, Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Engineers (Front/Back-end), external Martech service providers, and Home and Auto B2B Partners using our platform to finance their clients’ purchases.
Responsibilities
* Defining the "why" and "what" of a digital product, including setting goals and ensuring the product meets user needs and business objectives;
* Leading the development of the digital product or suite of products;
* Analyzing the market to ensure the product maintains competitive advantage;
* Creating and prioritizing a strategic product roadmap, breaking down development into actionable steps, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and prioritizing features to maximize business objectives;
* Defining main KPIs and other product metrics and ensuring implementation from day one to measure performance and inform improvements in digital journeys;
* Deciding based on product data and market studies on client/partner needs;
* Leading and motivating teams of designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals;
* Ensuring products comply with Legal, Compliance, Tech, Architecture, and IT Security; collaborating with IT stakeholders to evolve the tech ecosystem to meet client needs;
* Facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts;
* Managing Martech and other external providers and related budgets with finance and procurement teams.
Qualifications / Skills
* Track record in the definition, building and launch of digital products;
* Experience/knowledge in digital solutions for financial services, namely consumer loans, home/mobile banking (preferential), and the ability to understand emerging market tendencies related to the financial sector;
* Multilevel digital product leadership: investment rationale, identifying trade-offs, making difficult decisions, and building alignment around vision;
* Ability to think strategically and deep dive into details to solve issues with the team;
* Strategic planning, vision, and leadership with strong team motivation skills;
* Product and process conception; managing execution and delivery;
* Communication and collaboration;
* Adaptability and resilience to deal with challenges with a positive attitude;
* Good English and Portuguese oral and written skills (Portuguese preferred).
