We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and mandatory Salesforce Order Management (SOM) to join our team.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Order Management processes and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing implementations aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional and operational requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities. - Implement and enhance Salesforce Order Management (SOM) processes, including order lifecycle management, fulfillment flows, integrations, and exception handling. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce (including SOM) and external systems such as ERP, payment providers, OMS, and logistics platforms via REST/SOAP APIs. - Design and optimize data models ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. - Develop automation solutions following Salesforce governance and best practices. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS). - Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Support CI/CD processes and collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments and environment management. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Requirements- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in: - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Salesforce Order Management (SOM) – Mandatory - Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. - Demonstrated experience implementing and customizing SOM order lifecycle processes and integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and governor limits. - Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Order Management) are highly valued.
