Job Description
The ideal candidate will take the lead on building and executing a structured sales strategy for a superfood company undergoing rapid growth and expansion.
They will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and expand into new markets while developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will help identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging trends, represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, and support sourcing of new/customized ingredients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Trade, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience
* Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding targets
* Fluent in English; other European languages (especially French) are a plus
* Industry experience in supplements, superfoods, or organic ingredients is highly valued
