Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience to join our Digital Commerce team based in Porto Digital Campus.

What you will do
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-market paid social and search campaigns, including budget management and strategic planning.
* Analyze performance data to derive insights and inform decisions to improve campaign results.
* Optimize search ads, keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies for better cost-revenue ratios.
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Identify and test innovative growth opportunities within existing platforms and new channels.
* Manage daily campaign operations, ensuring alignment across regions and priorities.
* Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and platform changes.
* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using analytics tools to measure performance and guide investments.
* Knowledge of North American markets: US, Mexico, and Canada.
What you’ll bring
* 4+ years of experience in social media and paid search campaign management.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
* Ability to manage budgets efficiently in multi-market environments.
* Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
* Proactive, experimental marketing mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Google Ads certification or similar is a plus.
