Main Responsibilities:

 * Develop and maintain detailed financial models for individual hotel assets and the consolidated portfolio
 * Analyze operating performance and forecast scenarios to optimize asset utilization
 * Evaluate returns on proposed capital investments to inform strategic decisions
 * Support regular performance reviews of owned and managed assets to identify areas for improvement
 * Track and benchmark key performance indicators against budget and industry standards
 * Identify underperforming assets and contribute to recovery plans to restore profitability
 * Assist in developing annual asset plans and long-term value-enhancement strategies to drive business growth
 * Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless execution
 * Analyze performance by business unit to pinpoint revenue or margin improvement opportunities
 * Propose data-driven initiatives to enhance profitability, guest experience, and cost efficiency
 * Help shape key performance indicators and reporting tools to provide transparency and accountability for performance delivery
 * Contribute to feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends
 * Assist in developing presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings to inform strategic decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, private equity, or investment banking
 * Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
 * Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
 * Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly through presentations, dashboards, and reports
