As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the driving force behind our work, providing information to customers and troubleshooting issues as per defined SLAs. You will work independently and efficiently to meet SLA targets, comprehending customer requests and meeting quality standards.
* Interact with customers on phone, email or chat to resolve their queries
* Improve your skill level through self-development or nominating training programs
* Meet Quality Scores, SLAs and bring innovation and process improvement
* Work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to achieve common goals
* Consistently meet or exceed productivity parameters as defined for the process
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Required Work Experience:
* At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support
* Experience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
Language Thresholds:
* German: Native/C2 Level
* French: Native/C2 Level
* English: B2/C1 Level
