Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain financial models for real estate and venture capital projects to assess returns and viability;
* Underwrite investment opportunities and evaluate their financial feasibility and strategic alignment;
* Assist in structuring deals from a financial, tax, and legal perspective, adapting to local legislation, and manage the closing process of investments;
* Support negotiations and conduct due diligence to underwrite real estate acquisitions;
* Conduct asset management of real estate projects and venture capital funds, including preparing internal and investor reports, monitoring project development and cash flows;
* Create and maintain asset documentation, including asset specifications, warranties, and service contracts;
* Assist in financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning;
* Facilitate the transfer of leasing and management opportunities to Ando Living, ensuring smooth operational integration.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field;
* Strong experience in building and structuring financial models, particularly for real estate and venture capital investments;
* Advanced Excel skills, including sensitivity analysis, pivot tables, and financial forecasting to support investment decisions;
* Solid expertise in cash flow analysis, ROI, and other key financial metrics for project evaluation;
* Proven track record in asset management, including project monitoring, cash flow tracking, and investor reporting;
* Experience in evaluating real estate development opportunities, including feasibility studies and risk analysis;
* Independent, analytical, and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management and strategic recommendation skills;
* Background in real estate development, M&A, private equity, or consulting (Big Four or similar) is a plus;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (other European languages are an advantage);
* Experience in leading teams and interacting with institutional investors is highly valued.
