Compensation Consultant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced compensation professional to implement and support compensation management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.
* Implement and support Compensation Management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
* Configure complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.
* Work closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive pay-for-performance strategies.
* Design templates, eligibility rules, budget models, and reports using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
