Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive business solutions through end-to-end project execution.
* Own technical activities including data migration, cutover activities, and administrative tasks.
* Prepare technical documents such as workbooks and test scenarios.
* Collaborate closely with customers on testing and training sessions.
* Track project progress and communicate effectively with Project Managers.
* Collaborate across various application areas and employee-facing products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements:
* Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
* Configure solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
* Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot.
* Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead feature rollouts.
* Partner with external stakeholders to transition deliverables.
* Serve as a global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
* Lead HR transformation and coordinate system maintenance.
