IT House is looking for a Junior IT Support for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector. Support & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems; Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements; Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process; Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data; Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary; On-call duty after adequate training. Requirements Career change with professional experience or completed training in IT; Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable; High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges; Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods; Good knowledge of English.
