We are looking for a
reliable, organized, and service-oriented
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join the team in Oeiras. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, while providing administrative support to the Projects team and Executive Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain reception area and office tidy and organized
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Support the Projects team with administrative tasks and project logistics
Manage office supplies and coordinate orders
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide general office support and backup for other administrative roles
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus (not mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Reliable, punctual, proactive, and able to manage priorities
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Experience in multicultural/international environments is a plus
