We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager | Procurementto lead strategic initiatives within our Procurement function.
This role will be responsible for driving the evolution of Procurement into a structured, value-driven organization, implementing best practices, and ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of Purchasing into a structured, value-driven Procurement function.
Implement strategic processes such asInput Cost Guidance, Budgeting, Value Line Contracts, and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) initiatives.
Oversee deployment ofsupplier platforms, Source-to-Pay solutions, and cost savings/avoidance tracking systems.
Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects in collaboration with Supply Chain teams and external partners.
Define and implementProcurement KPIs, growth forecasts, targets, and resource allocation plans.
Develop formalbidding methodologies and communication strategiesto strengthen Procurement's role.
Applyagile methodologies(e.g., Kanban, visual management tools) tailored to Procurement needs.
Establish supplierrisk analysis and management frameworksfor critical materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field(Master's a plus).
5–8 years of experiencein Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain transformation.
Proven track record ofleading large-scale procurement projects and implementing digital tools.
Certification inProject Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)preferred.
Experience withSRM, Source-to-Pay, and procurement digitalization platformsis an advantage.
Location:Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite).
