Were looking for a
ServiceNow Senior Developer
to join a long-term project for one of our international clients. This is a strategic role within a global environment, where youll lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations.
Your main responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, BCM, TPRM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Build and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and development standards
Collaborate with architects and project managers to align technical and functional requirements
Support effort estimation, technical planning, and delivery of ServiceNow projects
Ensure quality, security, and compliance across all developed solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow practice
What were looking for
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side), HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React
Solid experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Technical leadership, autonomy, and critical thinking
Nice to have
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in specific modules)
Experience in large-scale projects and multinational environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
