Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow
* Proven Business Analyst or Functional Architect experience, leading meetings, validating requirements, and designing solutions
* Strong ability to work independently in distributed environments
* Fully remote position - work from anywhere
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Specialist) are beneficial
* Experience with modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or integrations (REST/SOAP) is advantageous
* English language proficiency at level C1 or higher
