Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining high-quality technical solutions aligned with our bank's architectural standards and current technology constraints.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Explore and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
* Seek simplification and rationalization of business, systems, and processes to improve straight-through processing.
* Support the development of a new platform while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes.
* Participate in all development stages, including high-level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
* Lead topics autonomously or guide offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development.
* Plan resource usage according to assigned budget and timelines.
* Engage with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors.
* Monitor progress, report updates, and escalate issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
* Experience in the Banking System is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English is essential.
