Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
What is your role and surroundings?
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group is looking for you as VIE Deputy Central & R&D Controller m/f in Saint Jean de Madeira, Portugal.
What will be your main missions?
- Ensure accuracy of forecasts regarding prototypes and tooling costs, sales, cash out, and cash in.
- Highlight program cash status and provide recommendations to management.
- Provide and secure R&D and Program team controlling inputs for actual and forecast figures.
- Support the monthly follow-up of the program dashboard.
- Ensure reconciliation and alignment between financial reporting (accounting/ERP) and management reporting before semester-end close and Gate (Business Plan).
- Monitor business plan cost data sources to plants periodically.
- Monitor Capex spending per semester and ensure alignment with plants.
- Support the preparation of the controlling functional milestones for the program gates.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
What do you need to join us?
- Master's degree in Finance.
- First experience in controlling or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems and computer literacy.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
