Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand reputation.
Profile
Proven experience in account management within the energy industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage high-value contracts.
In-depth knowledge of the energy sector, including its regulations and market dynamics.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent analytical skills to identify market opportunities and client needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
