Business Unit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Business Unit strategy
Lead, develop, and manage a team of Business Managers
Monitor performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Develop the Business Plan and drive commercial strategy (national & international)
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential clients
Lead prospecting efforts and present our services, including outsourcing, project implementation, and AI solutions
Collaborate with the talent team in recruitment and candidate validation
Support consultants' career development and engagement
Profile:
Degree in Management, HR, or a related field
+4 years of experience in commercial roles and team management
+3 years of experience in technology consulting
Strong business development mindset, especially in Outsourcing
English level B2 or higher
