Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Construction Management
* National Diploma in Building (essential)
* A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying will be highly advantageous
* SACPCMP registration will be a strong advantage
* Proficient in MS Projects and CCS Candy
* Demonstrated experience within the upmarket residential construction sector will be beneficial
* Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable own transport
* Contactable references and recent payslips are required for verification
