Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Operations Admin to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. This includes handling office tasks, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, setting up meetings, coordinating logistics, and making arrangements for office supplies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Follow up on orders from external customers in close collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams
* Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and updates
* Support the Sales Team in sales to external customers
* Utilize company management systems for order management
* Manage billing and credit notes
* Collaborate with Finance on payments
* Work closely with other departments on Service claims
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service roles
* Excellent written and verbal English skills (mandatory)
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required
