Salary: Annual Gross €15,250, including Holiday and Christmas Allowances
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 8-hour shifts to be confirmed, covering 09:30 am to 12 midnight
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Portugal.
Successful candidates will support our partner, Oura Health, makers of the renowned Oura Ring. The Oura Ring is a smart ring used by over 1 million people worldwide to monitor stress, detect illnesses, track women's health, heart rate, and more.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Customer Support: Resolve issues related to purchase, orders, shipping, setup, connectivity, and warranties with accuracy.
2. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service via chat, email, and phone, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues, collaborate with teams to improve processes.
4. Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with products and contribute to knowledge base articles.
5. Empathy and Communication: Demonstrate active listening and communicate clearly.
6. Quality Assurance: Follow quality standards and participate in training to stay current.

Your profile
- 3-4 years of proven customer service experience, especially in live interactions via chat, email, or phone
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Tier 1 technical queries
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting orders, shipping, connectivity, and operational issues
- Excellent English communication skills (C2 level)
- Experience supporting US and UK customers is a plus
- Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
- Ability to handle challenging interactions professionally
