Job Title



Sales Support Specialist Portugal



myPOS is an innovative fintech company that provides easy and convenient in-store, online and on-the-go payment solutions to small and medium-sized business clients across the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the UK.


The company boasts a team of nearly 750 employees working from 20 locations across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.




Responsibilities


* Provide 1st level support to merchants, partners and sales consultants in the region.
* Help customers with various aspects of the business, including commercial questions related to payment terminals, online platforms and other products of the ecosystem.
* Collaborate closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, operations and finance.
* Support customers to understand how to use the products and services offered by the company.
* Inform and guide customers during account opening and customer due diligence process.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on prospects and customers' needs.
* Monitor the day-to-day business, including technical and commercial support.
* Establish and maintain contacts with existing and new customers to provide timely and accurate support.




Requirements


* Flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a can-do attitude.
* Great communication skills and eagerness to assist customers with problem-solving.
* A team player, able to coordinate efforts and be well synchronized with teammates.
* At least 2 years of experience in a call center, telephone support department or similar high-pace environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of and affinity with mobile information technology and telecom.
* Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing, CRM, invoicing and Microsoft Office applications.
* Passion for technology and the latest developments.
* Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
