Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing order lifecycle activities, communicating with sales teams and customers about any deviations, and proposing solutions to ensure timely, quality deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, be fluent in Portuguese (with additional languages being a plus), and proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is also advantageous.
You will work closely with sales teams and customers to plan orders, anticipate needs, optimize production and logistics, and meet delivery deadlines. Additionally, you will identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance service levels.
