Project Coordinator - Site Operations
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, providing critical administrative and logistical support to project management and site teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Document Management: Overseeing all site documentation, including permits, drawings, delivery dockets, timesheets, and correspondence.
* Meeting Coordination: Supporting the site management team with meeting organization, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
* Communication: Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt, filing, and distribution of documentation.
* Site Supplies: Monitoring and controlling site office supplies, stationery, and equipment, with the authority to raise purchase orders when necessary.
* HR Support: Maintaining accurate records of staff attendance, timesheets, and onboarding documentation, as well as assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.
* Logistics: Supporting the logistics team with accommodation bookings, travel arrangements, and access control (badges, gate lists, etc.).
* Filing Systems: Ensuring digital and hard copy filing systems are up-to-date and accessible.
* Visitor Management: Acting as the point of contact for site visitors and deliveries, ensuring proper logging and communication.
