About the Role:
This role is for a skilled IT Support Technician who will provide expert technical assistance to various teams and locations worldwide. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operation of our global IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Provide remote support and maintenance for existing IT systems across multiple international sites;
* Support and maintain web applications to ensure smooth functionality;
* Configure new workstations with the required software and applications;
* Ensure data backup and restoration procedures are in place;
* Manage mobile devices and configure them as needed;
* Detect and resolve technical issues promptly;
* Offer remote assistance to employees' workstations in different offices when requested;
* Install, manage, and maintain IT systems;
* Identify requirements for IT tools and equipment;
* Perform other tasks within your expertise and in the interest of the company
Requirements:
* 12th-grade education or equivalent
* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Familiarity with VoIP networking environments;
* Knowledge of ticketing processes and Microsoft products;
* Understanding of Linux and Windows servers
