Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 07:30 20:00 (rotational shifts)
* Weekends off
Profile Requirements:
* Italian (C1) and English (B1+)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: 1,000 euros (x14 months)
* Performance bonus: 100 euros (x11 months)
* Daily meal allowance of 7,63 euros
* Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
* Estimated total monthly compensation: ~1,214 euros
o This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days), and transport allowance.
