Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Cascais with flexibility for occasional remote working. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting customized investment solutions. Regular activities include market research, participating in sales meetings, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in negotiation, relationship management, and customer engagement
* Ability to conduct market research and develop client-specific investment solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on presenting investment opportunities
* Experience in financial products or investment management is highly desirable
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Previous experience in the financial sector or a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment
